RULES
Please read this carefully, it is your responsibility to be aware of the rules below.
If any changes are made to the rules, it will be announced in the WhatsApp Community.
- Confirming Attendance
- It is your responsibility to confirm your attendance on Teamer. Please note that Tuesday and Thursday matches appear under different “Teams”. Goalies also have separate “Teams” in Teamer to facilitate the process.
- Game invitations are sent 1 week before the game date.
- Three (3) reminders are automatically sent by Teamer on each following day to those who have not responded.
- If you have not responded by three (3) days before the game, then your spot will be made available to substitutes.
- Although last-minute cancellations can happen for any reason, players who are frequent last-minute cancellations or no-shows despite having confirmed their attendance will be addressed accordingly.
- It’s a selfish practice that prevents us from filling empty roster spots with substitutes.
- Gameplay
- We aim to begin at 9pm sharp. Please try to arrive early enough that you’re ready to play by 9pm.
- Players are expected to bring a black t-shirt and a white t-shirt to each game.
- Players are responsible for their own protective equipment. Shin guards and gloves are recommended, and eye and head protection as well as an athletic cup are never a bad idea.
- Egregious high sticks will result in a penalty shot from the opposing team.
- Dangerous slap shots (e.g. wind-up above the waist or a shot in clear traffic) will also result in a penalty shot.
- Basically, we’re here to get some exercise and have fun! Let’s not get excessively competitive that we put ourselves or other players in danger.
